Leslie is the founder of Tampa EMDR and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant who helps adults heal at the root, not just cope. She blends EMDR with Polyvagal Theory, IFS therapy and parts work, and somatic approaches, and leads the practice’s EMDR intensives and retreats. She sees clients in person in South Tampa and New Port Richey.

Loretta helps adults find their footing during life’s big shifts, untangle painful relationship patterns, and recover from narcissistic abuse. Using EMDR, she helps clients heal what’s underneath the self-doubt, trust their own perceptions again, and build relationships that feel safe and steady. Sessions are held online, so you can do this work from the privacy of home anywhere in Florida.
